From screener to final incentive payment

Recruitment, end to end

Screener development with clients, panel sourcing, scheduling across time zones, and retention strategies that keep studies fully fielded — for samples from n=5 to n=100+.

Moderated study operations

Full logistics for moderated research: kickoff calls, timelines built with research and ops teams, platform programming, and quality checks at every data collection point.

Panel & vendor partnerships

Vetting and maintaining panel partner relationships, negotiating feasibility and cost, and acting as the liaison between research teams and recruitment sources.

Team building & training

Hiring, onboarding, and managing independent contractors and new team members — including international moderators — with documented, repeatable training.

Compliance & payments

Participant incentive payments, legal documentation collection and verification, invoice management, and meticulous record-keeping across every project.

Process improvement

Building single sources of truth: documented workflows, standardized recruitment processes, and efficiencies that scale as project volume grows.

Own all aspects of moderated research recruitment for a leading quantitative UX research firm, serving major technology, fintech, retail, and telecom clients.

  • Delivered 70+ moderated projects in a single review period, spanning one to 22 weeks each, while managing 7–11 concurrently.
  • Programmed, launched, and completed 60 projects on User Interviews, overseeing more than 700 completed interviews.
  • Hired and managed 5 international independent contractors; onboarded and trained new team members within months.
  • Paid 2,250+ participants on time with full legal documentation, and managed all incoming project invoices.

Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families & Schools · University of Nebraska–Lincoln

Managed a large federally funded grant evaluating a transitional housing facility for women with histories of domestic violence and substance use disorders.

  • Created the data collection protocol and trained, supervised, and managed staff on all project methods.
  • Coordinated 150+ data collection appointments while maintaining high participant retention.
  • Handled budgeting, records preservation, and all project administration.

Intimate Partner Violence Research Laboratory · University of New Hampshire

Coordinated a federally funded evaluation of a bystander-focused prevention program across New England high schools.

  • Scheduled 500+ program sessions across 26 schools with ~25 facilitators.
  • Organized data collection producing 10,000+ paper surveys from nearly 4,000 participants across multiple time points.
  • As Lab Manager, supervised up to 30 research assistants per semester and implemented the lab's management system.
